Optimal design of BiCMOS second generation current conveyor using the genetic algorithm

چکیده

This article presents an innovative implementation of the plus-type second-generation current conveyor (CCII+) using BiCMOS technology, which combines benefits bipolar and CMOS technologies. The optimization problem minimizing X-port input resistance maximizing cut-off frequency value was solved genetic algorithm (GA). proposed approach allows CCII+ to achieve better performance compared previous designs. As a practical application, second-order band-pass filter optimized successfully realized. design evaluated SPICE simulations with previously published works. study shows that can be effectively GA improve its performance, has potential applications in various analog mixed-signal circuits.
